200+ Trees Planted at
Moulton Park
The Moulton Park Management Committee, together with local volunteers and supporters, has successfully planted hundreds of new saplings across the park. Their hard work ensures these young trees will thrive and become a lasting legacy for future generations.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Woodland Trust for making this possible, and to the local residents and businesses who joined in the planting effort. This project marks an important step in transforming Moulton Park into a vibrant, sustainable community space.

As part of the planting, the park received a Wild Wood Pack from the Woodland Trust. These hardy native species are especially suited to exposed sites and help dry up wet areas.
Species included:
-
Grey Willow
-
Hazel
-
Crab apple
-
Silver Birch
-
Cherry
-
Elder
-
Field Maple
-
Rowan
-
